1.  Who are we and what products do we offer?

  • We are a local and independently owned food service distributor in Central Ohio.
  • We specialize in Disposable Packaging (take out boxes) for restaurants, food trucks, cafes, grocery stores, etc.
  • We also have a full range of Asian ingredients (dried, canned, frozen), Herbs & Spices, Bubble Tea products, Janitorial Supplies and more. 
  • If you're looking for new inspirations, finding savings with a local company or in need of urgent supplies, please visit our showroom and warehouse!

 

2.  What kind of services do we offer?

WAREHOUSE PICK UP

  • No order minimum
  • Place order 2 hours before specified pick up time (during normal business hours)
  • Convenient and fast

LOCAL DELIVERY (Central Ohio)

  • FREE Local Delivery for orders $300+ 
    • Delivery Minimum is $300
  • Delivering Monday to Thursday and selective Fridays
  • Orders must be placed by 2PM (at least 1 business day before for next day delivery)
    • Order deliveries may be delayed 1-2 days based on route capacity

 

3.  How to setup a Wholesale Account?

  • Please complete the Wholesale Account Setup Form

  • If you are a sales / use tax-exempt business, please complete the Exemption Certificate and email to:  info@banyanfoodservice.com

  • We will be in touch at our earliest convenience to confirm account setup

 

4.  How to place an order?

5.  Open to Public?

  • Yes - the public is welcome to browse and shop in our retail showroom during operating hours.
